Modernization and reconstruction of the Svoboda Sugar Plant JSC

Investor: Kuban AgroHolding Management Company LLC  (ahkuban.ru).

In 2013, the plant's productivity was increased to 5,000 tons of beet per day.

Volume of investments for the project: 512,03 mln. rubles.

The Kuban AgroHolding completed the seven-year program to increase the capacity of Svoboda Sugar Plant by 40% – up to 5,000 tons of sugar beet processing per day in 2013 (the plant’s capacity was 3,600 tons in 2007). The goal of the project was to achieve the balance between the production of sugar beet in the beet-growing zone of the plant and the processing facilities, in order to process beet in optimal terms (100-110 days).

The plant’s capacity is increased due to the installation of new equipment and the automation of technological processes.

The total investment in the project amounted to about 400 mln. rubles during the period from 2007 to 2013.

The modernization of the Svoboda Sugar Plant JSC was completed in 2017, with the processing capacity of up to 7,000 tons of sugar beet per day, and, the total investment in the project was about 1009 mln. rubles during the period from 2014 to 2017.
