Ust-Labinsk district provides an investment site for implementation of projects in the consumer sector

The municipality offers an investment site to accommodate the trading facilities together with the premises for servicing automobile transport.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 2,620 sq. m. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Volnaya Street (0.3 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city –Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Ust-Labinskaya is 1.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 230 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure.
