Ust-Labinsk district provides an investment site for projects in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs an investment site, where it is planned to accommodate an enterprise for manufacturing roofing materials.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 8,000 sq. m. The site is located in Ust-Labinsk city. There is a local road, Kommunalnaya Street (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Temryuk city – Krasnodar city – Kropotkin city" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 65 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Ust-Labinskaya is 1.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 50 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 230 km.

The site is in the state property. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 2,500 m, to the water system is 1,350 m, to the gas supply system is 1,000 m, and to the sewage system is 100 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 20 million rubles.
